Yousef Abdullah, Secretary General of the UAE Football Association assured that the issue of Iraqi player Mustafa Kareem between two clubs Sharjah and Al Sailiya Qatar  will be resolved within the one family, and said: "The relationship between the UAE clubs and Qatar clubs, intimate relationship, and that the relationship between the two unions the UAE and Qatar is a strong relationship based on brotherhood and cooperation, so the issue of professional Iraqi Mustafa Kareem will take its way to the solution in a method are fraternal and friendly without any obstacles.

And Al Sailiya  was the termination of the contract with Mustafa Kareem and void because of illegality, as stated in Article V of the Rules of player transfers in the International Federation of Football "FIFA", which stipulate that the participation of any player in the competitive games with three clubs in the same season, and the player has participated this season in competitive matches with clubs Ismaili the Egyptian club in front of Mansouri in the Egyptian League and played the first half full and play ten games with Sharjah UAE and two with the first team Al Sailiya in font of Al Shamal and Al Wakra.
